1. The rules
These rules apply to all KATTITTA systems wherever the feature they describe is offered. They form part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Mandatory service terms
- Premium customers’ attachment data will be stored until the period ends. They will have an option to download it anytime.
- Premium subscription will be activated only once the payment is confirmed.
- Once the premium ends, unless renewed, they will have an option to download the data for 14 days, after which it will be removed.
- If not renewed within 14 days, and renewed later, it will be considered as a new account, and all features except premium features will be started as a new customer.
- If you are using the system free, the attachments with client KYC requests will expire and be removed from the system in 14 days.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate data. The Company is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data.
- The Company agrees to provide correct information. Any loss to us due to inaccurate data will be indemnified to us by the Company.
- The Company agrees to submit the data to clients through KYC requests.
- We may share the data with any outside agencies under legal obligations.
2. At a glance

3. Downloading your data
Premium customers can download their attachment data at any time while the plan is active, and for 14 days after it ends. Free users should download any attachments they need before they are removed 14 days after the client KYC request.
4. Your own record-keeping duties
Businesses in the UAE gold and jewellery trade may be required by anti-money laundering and tax laws to keep customer due diligence records, transaction records and invoices for several years. Those duties stay with the Company. Please download and keep your own copies of any record you must retain, for as long as the law requires.
5. Removal
When data reaches the end of its retention period it is removed from the system. Removed data cannot be restored, and a later renewal does not bring it back.
6. Website data
This website does not store the details you type into the demo form. The only information it keeps is in your own browser, as described in our Cookie Policy.
